Price
Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), are guaranteed amounts and exclude shipping costs. For delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, prices include Swiss VAT. For delivery to any other country, prices are export prices without Swiss VAT. Amounts shown in other currencies are approximate; the amount charged is in Swiss francs.
The price, the shipping costs and the total are shown before payment. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but the Product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time the order is validated and subject to availability.

Transfer of ownership
The Products remain our property until full payment of the price.
Delivery and transport
The Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the period indicated on the order validation page. We do not deliver any parcel to a post office box, nor to minors or persons under guardianship.
In Switzerland, delivery is made by Swiss Post; an insurance covering the transport is included in the shipping costs. It only covers the duration of the transport and stops at delivery to your home. For more information on Swiss Post’s general conditions, visit poste.ch/cg. Available articles are sent within 24 to 48 hours.
Deliveries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein are made by a postal or courier service. The shipping costs per order are shown in the basket and at checkout, before payment.
In case of a delay in shipment, we will inform you by email of any consequence on the delivery time indicated to you.
Import duties and taxes
For deliveries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the country of destination may charge import duties, taxes (for example import VAT) and clearance fees. They are not included in the price or in the shipping costs and are payable by the buyer, generally to the carrier on delivery.
Receipt of delivery
Check the condition of the delivered goods without delay to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects as well as transport damage. You are required to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the delivered goods so that we can remedy it. If you do not personally receive the parcel, ask the person receiving it to carry out this check. In case of a problem, hand the parcel back to the delivery person (the post or a private carrier), stating the problem, and contact our customer service the same day. Do not sign the delivery slip if the order arrived damaged. No complaint will be admissible if the delivery slip is signed. A private carrier is not required to deliver inside your home and may hand you the parcel at the entrance of your building or house.
Guarantees
As soon as you take physical possession of the Products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the Products is transferred to you.
Watches are covered by a warranty of 2 years from the date of activation, accessories by a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase, with the exception of watch straps, which are covered for 180 days from the date of purchase. The conditions are set out in the warranty section of the user manual.
